To make honey and oats cookies, first cut the chocolate and prepare it. For this, place the chocolate on a chopping board and finely chop with a knife. Cut the walnuts into small pieces too.
- Refined flour – 1 cup (125 grams)
- Brown sugar – more than ½ cup (100 grams)
- Oats – 1 cup (100 grams)
- Dark Chocolate – 100 grams
- Butter (butter) – ½ cup (100 grams)
- Vanilla essence
- Raisins – 70 grams
- Walnuts – 50 grams
- Honey – 75 grams
- Cinnamon Powder – 4 tsp
- Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
To prepare batter, put butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Whisk both of them till they flourish well. After the butter and sugar have flowered well, add honey to it and whisk well. After this, add cinnamon powder to this mixture and whisk again.
Take maida in a separate bowl and add baking powder to it and sieve it with a sieve. Mix the flour-baking powder mixture in the whipped batter and mix. All purpose flour is to be mixed in the batter, do not beat it. Once the refined flour is mixed, add ½ teaspoon vanilla essence and oats to the batter and mix it. Then, add raisins, walnuts and chocolate to it and mix all the ingredients till they get mixed well. Batter is ready to make cookies.
Make cookies with batter
Take a tray and spread a silicon sheet over it. Now, taking a little batter with a spoon, round it in your hand and keep it on a tray. Keep the balls a short distance or else the cookies will get bigger in size and together they will spoil their shape. Make all the cookies in this way and place them on the tray.
Preheat the oven to 170 degree centigrade. After the oven is preheated, place the tray on the middle rack and set the oven at 170 degree centigrade for 10 minutes. After this, check the cookies and if the cookies are not browned, then bake again for 2 more minutes. Next, look at the cookies, the cookies look brown, they are baked and ready. It takes 12 minutes for the cookies to be baked. Place individual cookies on a rack and refrigerate them.
Flavored honey and oats cookies are ready. After cooling the cookies, fill them in an air-tight container and enjoy their unique taste for 8 to 10 days.
There is a slight difference in the baking time of individual ovens. So place the cookies at 170 degree centigrade for the first 10 minutes. After this, check. If they are light brown, check the cookies and bake them again at 170 degree centigrade for 2 to 3 minutes.
